Debbie Rossetto has been an active full-time Realtor since 1988. With a prior corporate background in finance and marketing, she assimilated well into the business and developed systems and procedures that advanced her past the $2 billion mark in sales volume totaling over 2600 homes sold in her career span.
The consumers, both buyers and sellers, know her for her systematic and meticulous approach to the preparation of the property for sale, complete and thorough documentation, and a roadmap for success that is available to each seller, buyer and even the cooperating agents. Debbie believes in doing everything you can today and never putting anything off until tomorrow. Her sustained production track record and ability to work with her colleagues/peers in a collaborative effort across the board has earned her countless awards and recognition over the past 35+ years.
Debbie’s methodical and organized approach to the industry combined with a rock solid performance record results in keynote speaking engagements at county, state and national level seminars and conventions. She currently teaches a series to brokers and agents on the art of the listing and contacts and is a mentor to multiple hundreds of agents who want to take their careers to the next level.
Debbie’s license resides with Legacy Real Estate & Associates. She is 65 years old and the eldest of seven children. She is married to retired Police commander, David Rossetto, and together they have one son, Matthew, age 34. He lives in Florida and is a lobbyist for The American Dental Association.
Debbie’s partner is her youngest sister, Annie Culbertson (age 54), who has also been licensed over 35 years. Annie has her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing management. She also has her master’s degree in education. Annie has two children, a 27-year-old daughter who is a real estate agent in the Sacramento area and a 22-year-old son who resides in South Carolina and an excellent golfer. Debbie and Annie provide exceptional service and the ultimate real estate experience. They are both solution oriented and known for their unique and complete approach to the client and the real estate transaction.
